    Reduces inflammation significantly

Posted by Lore Meltzer on Aug 13th 2023

Because I often combine oils for pain management it took a while before I understood the extent to which this reduces inflammation. Cistus kicks all of my pain relief blends up a notch and now one I consistently recommend. This has a pleasantly sweet but complex balsamic aroma that simultaneously calms and uplifts.
