EveryDay Oil is a wonderful blend of Clove, Cinnamon, Lemon, Patchouli, Oregano, Peppermint, Thyme and Rose Absolute all coming together in a base of Fractionated Coconut Oil that smells great, feels good and does a wonderful job of helping to keep sickness away. This blend contains a carrier and is considered safe to apply directly onto the skin. It is always best to take one drop on the skin to see that you have a positive reaction to the oil. A couple drops is all you need. I like to apply to my wrists and rub them together, followed by putting my wrist up to my face and deeply inhaling. We used this blend on our children all through school with great results.
Diffusing: Because Everyday oil contains Fractionated Coconut, it should not be used in a diffuser. Nebulizer type diffuser may clog and electronic diffusers will get a film. This film will wipe clean, my unit still works but I cannot guarantee your unit will.

Absolutely LOVE this scent, one of my favorites! Apply it to bottom of feet not every day if feeling sick, or to boost my immune system to avoid getting sick, and also apply lightly around nostrils if going out in public around crowds/sick people.
