Monastery Cave Hotel is a restored old monasery, partly built into the cliffs of the gorge of the village of Mustafapasa.The special feature is the rooms carved out of the natural rock which makes you feel cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The underground nightclub and bar is wonderful, especially for the accoustics when Turkish music is played live by local musicians.   Butch has visited this hotel several times and is greeted as an old friend by the owner Ercan Karagöz and his family.   Visit this site for more details:
